dc.description.abstractWe report a new method of making empirical measurements of the sensitization of nitrocompounds by amines based on thermal analysis. The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible. We have used this method to measure the sensitization of nitromethane, N-methyl-N-(2,4,6-trinitrophenyl) nitramine (tetryl), picric acid and trinitrotoluene (TNT) by a number of aliphatic amines. © 1995 Akadémiadi Kiadó.en
