An essay is presented on philosopher Luce Irigaray's articulation of the nursery. Topics include the possibilities for educational philosophy, biopolitics of care for children, and deconstructive approach of philosopher Judith Butler. Also mentioned are the deconstruction of Hannah Arendt's exclusion of the nursery from the realm of politics, policies of family care professionalization, and increase of irregular childcare.
