Το Τμήμα Ηλεκτρολόγων Μηχανικών και Μηχανικών Υπολογιστών του Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου προσφέρει ολοκληρωμένα προπτυχιακά και μεταπτυχιακά προγράμματα σπουδών στους κλάδους του Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού και Μηχανικού Υπολογιστών. Η έρευνα έχει κεντρική θέση στις δραστηριότητες του Τμήματος. Το όραμα του τμήματος είναι η δημιουργία ενός παραγωγικού περιβάλλοντος, στο οποίο διεξάγεται έρευνα και διδασκαλία πολύ υψηλής ποιότητας.
