dc.description.abstractThe narrow positron lines emitted in U + Th and U + U collisions were investigated with respect to their dependence on the heavy-ion scattering angle Θp. For U + U collisions also the excitation function was measured which turned out to be flat from 5.7 to 6.2 MeV/u. These reaction characteristics are discussed in the framework of current models. © 1985.en
