The purpose of this project was to create a complete system for monitoring and controlling the electromagnetic spectrum in the area of mobile telephony according to case 3 of ECC/REC/(02)04 "Measuring non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation (9kHz-300GHZ)" recommendation. Processing, analyzing and extracting the conclusions on the measurements made at mobile telephony based stations are compared to the ICNIRP guideline reference levels. The total results from the measurements are registered in a database out of which a laboratory report can be made. © 2010 The authors and IOS Press. All rights reserved.
