dc.description.abstractWe present a broadband leaky-wave antenna designed using phase-compensated transformation optics. A graded dielectric superstrate is placed above a leaky slot line to produce radiation at a fixed angle off broadside. Geometric phase compensation is applied to mitigate beam distortion due to coordinate stretching and to maintain permittivity values within a practical range.en
