Reviews the book, A Practical Guide to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy by Steven C. Hayes and Kirk D. Strosahl (see record 2005-02327-000). The reviewers state that this book is the first practical guide that highlights the acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) approach for numerous disorders and presents it in detail.
