To investigate whether individuals with moderate-to-severe TBI will differ on Brain Reserve (i.e. the brain’s capacity to may sustain a certain amount of pathological change before the emergence of the associated clinical symptoms) as compared to non-injured controls and whether higher brain reserve correlates with better functional outcome, as measured by the GOSe, in chronic TBI.
