My master thesis is a business plan on an innovative company called Ianus Consulting based in Nicosia, Cyprus. It contains details such as the organization and management, the strategic position. A thorough market analysis is conducted that looks at the esoteric and exoteric environement of the company. Moreover the products and services are discusses to better understand what this company has to offer. The financial plans are discussed and analyzed based on real numbers. Intelectual Property Rights are also analyzed as the company has an innovative product to offer.Finally the motivation for the birth of the company is expressed along with the aims and objectives this company represents. Established in 2019 in Nicosia, Cyprus, Ianus provides security research services and innovative products for business owners, R&D directors, program & project managers, and CEOs in public, academic and private sector. Ianus is created by professionals with over 30 years of experience in security and security research. Amongst other services offered, the company is developing MAESTRO, a tool that manages real-time data for efficient communication, resource allocation and risk management. The solutions proposed are based on real-life experiences from identified gaps in the way security is managed. Moreover, the solutions proposed are a result of extensive research in the security domain.
