Sexual harassment (SH) remains a prevalent and distressing issue within university environments, necessitating urgent attention and comprehensive intervention. This thesis delves into the multifaceted dimensions of sexual harassment, its pervasive

Focusing specifically on the University of Cyprus, this study examines the current landscape of sexual harassment policies and procedures, uncovering shortcomings and areas requiring significant
