The current study examined how organizations' social media image influences Cypriot Gen Z candidates' perceptions for the organization and whether they would consider an organization as a potential employer or not, depending on how good the organizations' social media presence is. Results of the study showed that a good social media image is really important in attracting not only Gen Z candidates, but also millennials as well. Candidates of all age groups attach great importance on how organizations present themselves through their social media accounts, as they believe that this is a way to present their culture and values. Finally, most of the candidates agreed that organizations in Cyprus are still behind in terms of how they present themselves through their social media.
